NUTRITION //

Nutrition is one of the fundamental blocks, if not the cornerstone, of living a healthy lifestyle. It is also what people struggle most with, for various reasons. With nutrition counseling the goal is to teach you the methods to keep your nutrient intake under your control, to assess and address the weaknesses in your nutrition game, and to assist you in achieving the goal you have in mind.

  • The first counseling you have with our staff will discuss nutrition related goals, basal metabolic rate, macronutrients, an assessment of your current estimated daily nutrient intake, and calorie tracking strategies. 

  • After your initial counseling with the Shorebreak staff, if you desire further guidance we will schedule your counselings in no less than two session packs. We use this system to ensure the greatest positive effect towards your goals. With multiple sessions we can encourage greater accountability, and develop a positive food routine quickly. These sessions will be an assessment of the effect of the previous session, review of goals, and adjustments to strategies moving forward.

  • If you are someone who already prepares their own weekly meal prep and you are bored of cooking and eating the same thing on repeat, or if you are a newbie trying to implement a plan to start meal prepping, this monthly membership is a great way to streamline your efforts. This membership provides access to exactly what Coach Rob and his wife Stephanie eat every week. Each month you will be emailed a list of recipes, organized into week by week selections, and a grocery list of ingredients required to cook those recipes, along with notes from Steph about how she may be tweaking those recipes to make them healthier, easier to make, or tastier.
