2025 FEMALE YOUTH SPORTS CAMP

CrossFit Shorebreak will be hosting a 10-week Sports Performance Training Camp this summer for girls ages 13-17 years old. The camp will be held from June 2nd - August 15th and is tailored for athletes who are ready to take their training to the next level!

This training camp is designed to introduce the athletes to the foundations of strength & conditioning principles that they can expect to encounter at the highest levels of competition! The programming will consist of weekly progressions in strength, speed, and power development, as well as weekly agility training. Athletes will benefit from individualized feedback and injury prevention strategies to encourage personal growth and success throughout their athletic journey and beyond.

Although sport performance is the main focus of the training camp, it will also provide the girls an opportunity to establish disciplines in training for lifelong health & wellness, foster a space for lasting friendships, and develop confidence in their abilities on and off the playing field.

The training sessions will be overseen by our professional coaches, Robert Fowler and Jessica Crowder. Robert played football and basketball in high school, was an infantryman in the United States Army, and has been coaching strength & conditioning concepts for 10 years. Jessica was a Division-I Collegiate Soccer player at West Virginia University and is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, with an emphasis on Women’s Health and athletic development.

WHEN

The camp will take place from June 2nd - August 15th, 2025, for girls ages 13-17 years old.

The program will run 5days/week, Monday-Friday from 10am-12pm.

A typical daily schedule will be:

  • M/W/F: Strength & Power Development

  • Tu/Th: Agility Training & Coordination Skills

Each week of training will build upon the previous week’s programming, so a minimum* of 4 weeks is encouraged to be able to see the best improvements in performance!

COST

  • $200 per week per athlete (payment plans available upon request)

  • A 20% discount will be offered for enrollment in four consecutive weeks. 

  • If an athlete wishes to participate in the full program, but is unable to attend due to vacation, other obligations, etc., the entire written program can be purchased for $1000.

Classes are limited to 20 athletes for daily training sessions, so make sure to sign up in advance!

Sign ups will close 2 weeks prior to the start of each training week.
